Dhan Setu ("we", "us") provides an information and analytics service at dhansetu.in. Dhan Setu is not a broker and does not place or execute trades.

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Connected account data: read-only information from accounts you choose to connect, such as holdings, positions, trades and balances. We never ask for your trading or master password.
• Content you add: journal entries, notes, screenshots, rules and preferences.
• Cortex conversations: the messages you send to Cortex, and audio if you use voice features.
• Usage and device data: pages and features used, device type and IP address, collected for security and to improve the service.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and limited details, not your full card number.

• To provide the service, including dashboards, analytics, journal and alerts.
• To let Cortex answer your questions and send you relevant alerts.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To improve and fix the product.

Cortex uses your data only to answer your request or to alert you about something relevant to you. It reads the information needed for that purpose and no more.

To produce responses, relevant parts of your data and messages may be processed by AI and speech service providers that we use. Cortex gives information and analysis. It does not give investment advice and does not place trades.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers who help us run the service, such as hosting, database, payments, email, AI and speech processing, under appropriate obligations.
• When required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, with notice to you where required.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, access controls, and keeping secrets and keys on the server side only. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can disconnect an account at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and data by writing to us. Some records, such as payment and audit records, may be kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@dhansetu.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Dhan Setu is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
