These terms form an agreement between you and Dhan Setu ("we", "us") for your use of dhansetu.in and related services. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Dhan Setu is an information and analytics tool. It reads data from accounts you choose to connect, and helps you understand your portfolio, trades, risk, news and events.

• Dhan Setu is not a broker and does not hold your money.
• Dhan Setu does not place, modify or close orders, and does not trade on your behalf.
• Dhan Setu does not provide investment advice, recommendations or portfolio management.
• Dhan Setu does not promise or guarantee any return, profit or market outcome.

Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every decision to buy, sell or hold is yours alone, and you are responsible for it.

Cortex is an AI assistant. It tries to separate facts, analysis and uncertainty, but it can be incomplete or wrong, and its analysis is not a prediction. Data may be delayed or unavailable. Please verify important information before you act on it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dhan Setu. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to connect. We use official read-only connection methods where a provider supports them. We never ask for your trading or master password. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Dhan Setu offers a free plan and paid weekly and monthly plans. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Prices are shown in INR, and applicable taxes may be added.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellations and refunds in detail, and forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Try to break, probe or overload the service, or bypass its security.
• Copy, resell or share your access, or scrape our content or data.
• Misuse Cortex, such as trying to make it reveal other users' data.

Parts of the service rely on data and services from third parties, such as brokers, news and market data sources, payment, AI and speech providers. We do not control them and cannot guarantee their accuracy, timeliness or availability.

We work to keep Dhan Setu available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features from time to time.

The Dhan Setu name, design, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You keep ownership of the content you add, and you allow us to process it to provide the service to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service or your reliance on information in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Dhan Setu at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
